My New Blog

One of the great things about selling real estate is all the education you have the ability to take advantage of!  Learning something new every day keeps your brain engaged in life.  And when you can combine gaining more knowledge and doing it in a beautiful setting like Hawaii, it is a win-win!  I had the opportunity to do two days of intense sales training with 170 real estate agents around the country and Canada.  I don't know which I enjoyed more, the training or the sightseeing. 

We ate great food.  We caught a surfing championship on the North Shore, then went snorkelling and whale watching.  The weather was perfect, and then we had to come home to the cold. 

I have a minute to let you know that the open house is going well.  This is such a great house.  I think it would be a perfect home for anyone.  The floor plan is open with one bedroom and full bath at the front left of the house, the other two bedrooms are to the mid right side of the house with the master bedroom/bath at the back right.  So the bedrooms are split into three separate areas of the house.  Since my children are grown, and I don't need all the bedrooms, the front one would be my office.  Oh and it has a custom built-in storage cabinet just outside the bedroom/office door.  If you have time today, come on by.  It will be open until 2:00 PM.
